About the event
Restorative yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga that emphasize movement and strength-building, restorative yoga emphasizes passive stretching, deep breathing, and supported poses held for extended periods. The primary goal of restorative yoga is to promote deep relaxation and release tension from the body and mind. No experience necessary and accessible to all walks of life. Please bring your mat and an extra blanket.
In lieu of class fee, peanut butter and jelly donations are greatly appreciated for the Fresh Start Food Pantry school lunch supply. Thank you!
