Listed in order of best to worst for your body and the horrible hangover
Red wine- Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Syrah
White wine- Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Austrian Gruener Veltliners
Champagne- Brut, Brut Natural, Extra Dry
Clear hard liquor- Tequila & fresh squeezed lime, Sea Breeze (Vodka), Gin & Tonic (my personal favorite), Mojito
Dark hard liquor- Tequila & soda, Dry Manhattan, Sidecar, Spiced Rum with seltzer, lemon & lime, Mudslide
Beer- IPA, Pale Ale, Stout (dark beer is higher in calories but provide healthy polyphenols (antioxidant compounds naturally found in plant-based foods).
