Over three months, we'll help you refocus on sleep, nutrition, and movement to ignite your energy, clarity, and motivation. Say goodbye to mental burnout, fatigue, brain fog, and more.​​

We call it THE SHIFT because it’s designed to create a fundamental change in your life. By focusing on the three pillars of wellness—sleep, nutrition, and movement—our program helps you make lasting improvements that build off one another for a comprehensive reset.

The Program

The Shift is a three-month wellness journey designed to help you break free from feeling stuck, exhausted, and unmotivated. Imagine gaining clarity, renewed energy, and becoming a revitalized version of yourself. 

 

Each month, you'll follow a four-week plan to create lasting changes like better sleep, healthier eating, and enjoyable movement. 

 

The SHIFT is delivered in 3 phases:

Accountability Coaching

Ignite Your Potential, Own Your Journey

This accountability program is committed to guiding you on a transformative journey, helping you overcome obstacles, foster a mindset for success, and ultimately achieve radiant results in all aspects of your life.

You have the option to engage in 30 minute to one-hour coaching sessions on a weekly basis, choosing from three convenient formats: virtual, phone, or in-person meetings.

Restorative Yoga Classes

Restorative yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga that emphasize movement and strength-building, restorative yoga emphasizes passive stretching, deep breathing, and supported poses held for extended periods. The primary goal of restorative yoga is to promote deep relaxation and release tension from the body and mind. No experience necessary and accessible to all walks of life. I host Restorative Yoga classes at One Body Fitness Studio in downtown Colorado Springs Sunday's at 5pm.

This workshop is thoughtfully crafted to serve as a gentle reminder for you to reevaluate and rejuvenate their your well-being. In the midst of life's busyness, we provide a nurturing space for you to reconnect with often overlooked healthy habits, fostering a renewed sense of balance and vitality. You will leave the workshop equipped with practical strategies to revive your energy, thrive in your endeavors, and foster a sustainable sense of well-being.
