I assist you in setting goals and creating plans to improve your overall quality of life. Together, we focus on these four areas:
Motherhood can bring about various stressors, therefore I like to teach stress management techniques, such as mindfulness, deep breathing, and time management strategies, to help you navigate and reduce stress.
As a realignment coach, I help you define clear and achievable goals related to your health, personal growth, relationships, and other areas of life. Then provide guidance on breaking down these goals into actionable steps.
Many moms juggle multiple roles, including parenting, work, and personal pursuits. I assist you in creating strategies to achieve a healthy work-life balance that suits your unique situation.
NUTRITION + MOVEMENT
Depending on your needs, I might offer guidance on maintaining a healthy diet and incorporating regular physical activity into your routine. This can contribute to increased energy levels and overall well-being.

In the midst of life's busyness, we provide a nurturing space for you to reconnect with often overlooked healthy habits, fostering a renewed sense of balance and vitality. You will leave the workshop equipped with practical strategies to revive your energy, thrive in your endeavors, and foster a sustainable sense of well-being.

Restorative Yoga Classes
Restorative yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga that emphasize movement and strength-building, restorative yoga emphasizes passive stretching, deep breathing, and supported poses held for extended periods. The primary goal of restorative yoga is to promote deep relaxation and release tension from the body and mind. No experience necessary and accessible to all walks of life. I host Restorative Yoga classes throughout the community. Check my calendar for upcoming dates.
Twice a year I plan getaways for exhausted moms. You will leave with a renewed sense of balance, equipped with practical tools and a deeper appreciation for the importance of nurturing yourself in the journey toward overall well-being.
